Milk Tea with Pearl Sago and Puff Cream
The lovely, milky puff cream was smeared at the sides but when you stir the drink, magic happens as all puff cream float upwards and all that’s left at the bottom are the gummy tapioca balls (or sago). One of my favorites so far which slowly leads me to the conclusion that puff cream adds more “oomp” to milk teas more than the egg pudding.
P.S. Egg pudding, I still like you.
